It was an important milestone with my business, to of been appointed in 2004, the representative here in Thailand for a substantial and old established family Trust of Chinese origin. As part of my mandate for the Trust, I am able to offer to qualified projects in Thailand and worldwide, venture capital funding in the form of 100% risk free clean and clear bankable United States Dollars, from a top 5 world bank. The Trust will look seriously at any project whether it is a new hotel, 5 star resort or high end villa development. Also the Trust is very interested to invest in new start up business’s, whether it be new technology, new products, a new invention or a niche market. Please understand the Trust first and foremost invest in people, motivated entrepreneurs, hand in hand with very good profit projections. There are no interest charges, repayment of principle or personal guarantees. In essence the Trust provide the venture capital in exchange for a yearly share of profits. There are very high standards that the Trust set when considering projects for funding, it is a tough elimination process.
